The club held their annual Halloween costume contest. This year's winner was Wilma Shackelton. Karen Shoaf, a second grade teacher at Williamsport Elementary, and Tricia Hargen, a first grade teacher at Attica Elementary, were this year's recipients of the Rotary Educator's Assistance Award. They each received $100 to fund an innovative educational project in their classrooms.
