Economics of Different Energy Sources
Tyner has done extensive research on the economics of different
energy sources. He has examined economic and policy issues related
to ethanol and other renewable fuels from agricultural sources. Her
has expertise in international trade agreements such as GATT and
NAFTA and in long-term macroeconomic issues. Tyner specializes in
policy analysis related to resource economics. He conducts research
and programs on recycling and solid-waste management, market
economies (such as in Eastern Europe). Tyner has extensive
international experience and has worked with USAID, USDA-PASA, the
World Bank, and the Hudson Institute, among others.
