Gerrard researches to maximize the production of high quality
meat. He was a visiting scientist at the Institut National de la
Recherche Agronomique in Clermont-Ferrand, France. Gerrard's
B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. are from Purdue University. In the
Department of Animals Sciences he is the graduate committee
chairman.
