Hello everyone,

I hope this finds everyone doing well! I am now off of my crutches and walking around on both my feet. My foot is feeling much better; however, it still lets me know when I've done to much walking. I'm still not able to return to jogging yet, but I'm hoping once this next couple weeks of full time clinicals is finished my foot will feel 100% and I'll be able to enjoy the weather while jogging:)

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE WHOLE ATTICA-WILLIAMSPORT ROTARY CLUB for setting such a wonderful example to all Rotary Clubs. Being top club in Zone 30 is a huge accomplishment and I know you will have celebrated in style:)

I am sorry to hear about Aaron & Liz and Anne Marie. That must be very frustrating. I know how much they were looking forward to their experiences as Ambassadorial Scholars and learning about/interacting with their new friends. Being an Ambassadorial Scholar has been an amazing experience that I will treasure forever. Did they go to Africa and then have to return, or were they told about the risks in safety and university complications prior to leaving?

I have been able to attend my host Rotary Club, and have been trying to work out meetings with other local Rotary Clubs to give presentations. I have unfortunately been "on my own" to find clubs as my host counsellor had a new baby in June and has taken a sabatical for the year. I have met with PDG John Thorne during the Ambassadorial Scholar Orientation and the Rotary District Conference. He was very knowledgeable and great to talk with.

I would also like to congratulate the the organisers and attendees of the Indiana State Ambassadorial Scholars Orientation on what sounds like another very successful day. Have fun at the Indiana State House and also Rotary International. You'll have to take some pictures:)

I hope that you all have a wonderful week.

Cheers, Angela
